  • Are there any Special Perks for Graceland Live ticket holders?
    Yes. Every Graceland Live concert ticket comes with free access to Elvis Presley's Memphis anytime after 3pm on the day of the show. To take advantage of the free access just present your concert ticket at the Graceland Ticket Office window. Elvis Presley’s Memphis is a 200,000-square-feet, state-of-the-art entertainment and exhibit complex that let's you experience the events, sights and sounds of the city that inspired Elvis on his path to becoming the World's Greatest Entertainer. It features 12 Elvis-themed attractions, including the Soundstage(one of the Graceland Live concert venues), and 2 full-service restaurants.
  • Are the Graceland Live shows open to all ages?
    Most Graceland Live shows are all-ages to enter, 21 to drink. On occasion an event may have a specific age restriction.
  • Can I leave a Graceland Live show and come back?
    You may move freely between the Soundstage and the Elvis Presley's Memphis plaza area during a concert. But if you exit the plaza area, you will not be readmitted.
  • Do the concession areas and bars accept cash?
    No. The Graceland Live concession area and the Lightning Lounge bar are cashless. You must use a credit card to purchase food or drinks. However, concert merch can be purchased with cash.
  • I lost something at a Graceland Live show. What do I do?
    Call 901-332-3322 and ask to be connected with Guest Services. They will make arrangements for you to claim your lost item if the item was found and returned to Graceland staff.
  • How will I be notified if a show is cancelled?
    Any show postponement or cancellation will be publicized via our website and social media channels.
  • What happens if I bought tickets to a show that has been postponed or rescheduled?
    If a Graceland Live concert is postponed, rescheduled, or moved - your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. You may also contact the Graceland Live Box Office at 877.777.0606 to get the status of your event, and any options available. If you have tickets to a Graceland Live concert that has been postponed - and no rescheduled dates have been announced – you will have a 30-day window from when the new show date is announced to request a refund.
  • Do you have a coat check?
    We do not have a coat check. However, lockers are available to rent.
  • Is there an ATM at the venue?
    Yes. Both Graceland Live venues have ATMs that will be accessible for the duration of every show.
  • Is smoking allowed inside?
    No. The use of all tobacco and electronic cigarette devices is prohibited inside all Graceland Live shows. However, designated smoking areas outside the concert venues are available.
  • What accommodations are made for people with disabilities?
    If you require ADA accommodations, we ask that you contact us in advance of the event you are attending so we can notify our security and house staff to anticipate your specific needs. Please email

  • When do tickets go on sale?
    New shows get announced and go on sale at various days and times. To stay up to date with all of our upcoming shows join LIVE FEED or follow our various social media platforms.
  • Can ticket prices change after being announced?
    Yes. Ticket prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please note that refunds will not be granted and seats can not be re-assigned to a different price level after purchase.
  • Can I enter a Graceland Live show with a ticket on my phone?
    Yes, we can scan tickets right off your phone screen. Please be sure to have the tickets loaded on your screen before you enter the venue. If you have any issues, head to the box office for assistance.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Tickets purchased for Graceland Live events are non-refundable. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, and you bought your tickets through Graceland Live, you will have 30 days from the date of the change announcement to request a refund.
  • I have tickets on Will Call. When and where can I pick them up?
    You can pick up your tickets at the venue's box office anytime after 3pm on the day of your show.
  • Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
    If you electronically download your ticket, you may send it to whomever you choose and they can use it for entry. If the ticket is bought and placed in will-call for pick-up on the day of the show, an ID matching the authorized ticketholder's name will be required. By default, that is the name of the person who bought the ticket. If someone else is going to be picking up the ticket, you will need to call and adjust the name of the authorized ticketholder.
  • Do I have to buy a ticket for my child?
    Children under age 2 do not require a ticket. However, for seated shows they will need to sit on your lap. Additionally, be advised that some shows may feature content unsuitable for young children. Parents should use their discretion to decide appropriateness of show content.
  • Can I use a Graceland gift card to purchase tickets to a Graceland Live show?
    Yes, Graceland gift cards can be used to purchase tickets to a Graceland Live show. To use your gift card, you will need to purchase the tickets over the phone by calling 877-777-0606 or in-person at the Graceland Ticket office.
  • What if I bought my ticket through a 3rd Party seller?
    We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We can not guarantee their validity and we will not replace them if lost or stolen. In addition, we have no way to contact those who purchase through a 3rd party vendor and cannot be responsible for communicating updates on the show, such as postponement, cancelation or change in COVID protocol. This is the sole responsibility of the 3rd party ticket buyer and no refunds will be issued.
  • Is there food available?
    Yes. Vernon's Smokehouse is open to ticket holders before every Graceland Live show. There is also a full bar and a limited food menu available in the Graceland Soundstage's Lightning Lounge during most shows.
  • Can I bring my own food or drink?
    No food or drink purchased outside Elvis Presley's Memphis is allowed at Graceland Live shows.
  • What type of payment is accepted at the bar?
    Concessions at Graceland Live are cashless. Bring a credit card if you plan to eat or drink.
  • How do you do you know who is old enough to be served alcohol?
    In accordance with Tennessee law, our bartenders require all patrons whose age is not obviously over 30 to present a valid form of ID before purchasing an alcoholic beverage.
  • Is there parking onsite?
    Yes. Secured parking is available at Graceland. Standard vehicles will be charged $10. Over-sized vehicles like RV’s, trailers or semi-trucks will be charged $15.
  • I’d like to stay somewhere close to the venue, is there a hotel nearby?"
    Yes. The Guest House at Graceland is a world class resort within easy walking distance of both Graceland Live venues. Visit to make you reservations.
  • Do you have a drop off/pick up location?
    Yes. We have a conveniently located, designated dropoff and pickup area for taxis, ubers and other ride sharing services.
  • What types of items are prohibited at Graceland Live Shows?
    Any item we deem detrimental to public safety, that could limit other guests enjoyment of the event or that could cause damage to the venue is prohibited. This includes weapons of any kind.
  • Are cameras or video recording devices allowed?
    No. You may bring a mobile phone that includes a camera, but standalone cameras of any type are not allowed.
  • Are backpacks allowed at Graceland Live Shows?
    No bags (to include camera bags, backpacks, shopping bags, briefcases, luggage items) are allowed inside either venue. Any other carried items may be searched.
  • Can I bring my own seating to General Admission Shows?
    No. Lawn chairs, stools and any other type of temporary personal seating is prohibited at The Soundstage at Graceland during Graceland Live concerts.
