Yes. Every Graceland Live concert ticket comes with free access to Elvis Presley's Memphis anytime after 3pm on the day of the show. To take advantage of the free access just present your concert ticket at the Graceland Ticket Office window.

It features a variety of Elvis-themed attractions, 2 full-service restaurants and is home to Graceland Soundstage.

Most Graceland Live shows are all-ages to enter, 21 to drink. On occasion an event may have a specific age restriction.

You may move freely between Graceland Soundstage and the Elvis Presley's Memphis plaza area during a concert. But if you exit the plaza area, you will not be readmitted.

No. Graceland Live concession areas are cashless. You must use a credit card to purchase food or drinks. However, concert merch can be purchased with cash.

If a Graceland Live concert is postponed, rescheduled, or moved - your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. You may also contact the Graceland Live Box Office at 877.777.0606 to get the status of your event, and any options available.

If you have tickets to a Graceland Live concert that has been postponed - and no rescheduled dates have been announced – you will have a 30-day window from when the new show date is announced to request a refund.

We do not have a coat check. However, lockers are available to rent.

Yes. Both Graceland Live venues have ATMs that will be accessible for the duration of every show.

No. The use of all tobacco and electronic cigarette devices is prohibited inside all Graceland Live shows. However, designated smoking areas outside the concert venues are available.
