All tickets purchased directly through Graceland or gracelandlive.com are eligible for a refund. However, refunds will not be issued automatically. To claim your refund please contact the Graceland ticket office at 1-800-238-2000. Ticket office hours are 8:30am - 4pm.

Tickets purchased through a 3rd party will not be refunded by Graceland.
